He'd gotten the role. He'd yelled about it and punched the air when he got the email. He had so many things to do, but in with contacting his agent and making an appointment for a haircut, he'd also sent Nyx a message to ask him out. He wasn't sure if he should be casual and suggest coffee or if he wanted to be bold and ask Nyx if he'd like to go to another club...

Got great news r u busy tonight? 2mrw?

He reread if four times before also sending-

Nyx was a little tipsy, but not drunk, sitting on the bed with his guitar out. He read the first text, then smiled as the second came through. It was sort of sweet that Hex thought he he might not have saved his number.

I'm free tonight, what do you want to do? 😉

He hit send and strummed a bit more on his guitar before putting it aside.
