Hex reached out and laid his hand on Spencer's thigh, then met the driver's
eyes in the mirror.
"Watch the road, mate," he said, just a touch antagonistic. The man said
nothing as he returned his attention to the road before them. Then he
settled into the seat and looked at Spencer.
"What excites you?" he asked. "In any way, I mean. What do you think is
exciting?"
