Feeling bold, Fin slipped off to wash up quickly and rub some toothpaste on his teeth. Looking at himself in the mirror and moving the monitor as much as he could before returning to the room and inviting himself into Hex's bed.

He settled in just close enough to be noticed, wanting Hex to be aware of him. .That was the point after all. He wanted to be close enough for the man to be able to care for him should something happen.

"Hex, if something did happen, would the machine make a noise or something?" he asked curiously.
