Corbin

Hex had been sneaking texts to Corbin in between patients. The man wasn't answering, probably working, so he sent one more message.

I'll be home after 8. Going to gym. Maybe I'll see you <3

He couldn't get enough of the other man. He wanted to see him all the time. He was always on Hex's mind.

He hit the gym and did his usual circuit, then showered. That was when he checked his phone to see if he'd be alone tonight.

Corbin had been in meetings all morning, and now that he was home, going back out sounded like a nightmare. So when his phone lit up he didn't even lift his head off the pillow as he texted back.

I'll be home if you want to come by.

Curled up in bed, he pulled the blanket up to his chin as he settled on his side and curled up with his phone.

In the locker room, freshly washed with is hair undone, he snapped a few risqué snaps. Nothing that would get Corbin in trouble, but something to keep him interested.

Soon was nearly an hour, but he knocked on the door and waited.

Dragging himself out of bed, Corbin unlocked the door and offered Hex a lazy smile.

"Thought you'd forgotten about me," he said, pretending to sulk.

"Traffic was a nightmare. I should have taken the tube and walked," he said as he leaned in to kiss him hello.

Leaning in, Corbin met him halfway to return the kiss, smiling against the other man's lips.

"It's good to see you. ... Always."

"Did you like the pictures?" Hex smiled. He had sent a couple tha were...spicy.

"They were beautiful," Corbin assured him, inviting him in properly and shutting the door.

He was sure Corbin would never risk it, so he didn't ask for any in return.

"I was just at the gym. I go everyday, but sometimes at odd hours."

"It shows, you're in amazing shape," Corbin smiled.

Hex puffed up a little at the praise.

"I've missed you," he offered.

[prince_of_nymphs]

"I missed you too," Corbin said, yawning a little and wrapping his cardigan tighter around himself. "Sorry, I'm just a bit tired today. Dunno why."

"Did you...eat, drink, and get some kind of exercise?" Hex asked. "Because other than that, my advice is to come to bed," he smiled.

"I did one of those things. ...Probably," Corbin laughed, offering Hex his hand. "Bed sounds like the best medicine though."

Hex took his hand, then took it in both hands.

"You're chilled," he noted. "COme on. I'll warm you up."

"You're so sweet to me," Corbin said, looking a bit surprised by the gentle gesture.

Hex smiled softly.

"It's easy to be," he said, coaxing him to the bedroom where he peeled off his shirt with barely a thought.

Corbin followed along, playfully knocking Hex onto the bed and climbing on top of him.

"I'm glad you came over. If I'm going to be lazy, I want to be lazy with you."

Hex hit the bed with a laugh and immediately wrapped his arms around Corbin.

"If you want to nap, I'll hold you," he offered.

"I don't want to waste time on sleep when I could be looking at you," Corbin grinned.

Hex looked at him with soft affection and gently touched his face.

"Maybe not sleep, then. Just rest," he suggested. "You could just rest..."

Corbin leaned into the touch with a smile.

"Sure- So long as you rest too," he purred.

"Alright," he promised. As he escorted Corbin nearly all the way to the pillow, he couldn't help but notice the tension in him. Almost frailty.

His heart ached.

In the bedroom he stripped to his pants, then moved to get right in Corbin's way.

"Do you need anything?" he asked softly, petting the other man softly. "Water? Something on the telly?"

"Just you," Corbin insisted with a grin, pawing at Hex a little. "You're all I need, lover."

Hex kept his touch soft.

"Alright," he smiled. "All yours, then."

He pulled him in and kissed him. It was a whisper of a kiss, letting Corbin decide how much energy he really had.

Corbin returned the kiss with a soft sigh, arms draping around hex's shoulders as he kept him near.

"It's awful lonely here lately when you're not about. Never used to be. I used to like being alone."
